Fitted an integrated washing machine. Damaged flooring while doing so. Refused to fix it. Left rubbish strewn all over the kitchen floor. Refused to tidy up after himself. Has a very poor attitude. Scurried out of the house, shouting that he didn't care about the mess he'd left behind. Both he and his wife were very rude. To put all of the above in context. I am disabled and in constant severe pain. I would never, ever use this person again. This is a true and accurate review of events.
