I have tried to contact the organisation by e-mail and telephone with no response by either means. I am informed on the telephone that:- "the person at extension 202 is not available, please leave a message". I have done this a number of times over the last two weeks and have not had the courtesy of a reply. This is despite the company having been paid in full many weeks ago. The catalogue of spare parts seems extensive, but if the goods are not delivered as contracted, then it is an illusion in practice!

This was ordered on 7-15-19 for my grandson's birthday in October. Hoping we would have it because of the limited amount available on the site. It has arrived. Since I wanted him to be able to enjoy it for the summer, I allowed him to open the package. This item was sent through the ASC Group phone: 028910871199 asc-sales@btconnect.com. I have gone to each avenue to try and question why the disc DOES NOT include trailer attachment or connector for the tractor or semi as he would like. We tried to go back and request a special order in the event we didn't realize it didn't come with the disc, but to no avail. Now we have been thanked by AutoSpares of Comber Ltd.......but we have no recourse to find the disc attachment with any of you. We tore the packaging apart looking for this tiny little attachment piece and there is nothing. We just want to have the piece to be able for him to attach it to his tractor to play with. This process is frustrating. We are huge Bruder fans.But......
